General rule: sales are final

Because we're a resale marketplace and listings come from independent third-party sellers, all sales are final once payment is confirmed. We can't offer refunds for a change of mind, buying the wrong date, or similar.

Event cancelled

If the event itself is cancelled outright by its organizer (not postponed, not rescheduled — cancelled), you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid. Contact us with your order details and we'll process it back to your original payment method.

Event postponed or rescheduled

Your tickets are typically still valid for the new date. This is standard for postponed events generally — check the event page for updated details once they're available.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take a few business days to appear.
