Terms of Service

1. What TicketDrop is

TicketDrop is a resale marketplace. We aggregate ticket listings from a network of independent third-party sellers and present them in one place. We are not the venue, the artist, the team, or the original box office, and listed prices may be above or below the original face value of the ticket.

2. Accounts

We don't use passwords. Signing in or creating an account is the same step: enter your email, we send a one-time 6-digit code, you enter it. You don't need an account to browse events or pick seats — only to complete a purchase.

3. Pricing and fees

Every listing price includes a service fee, added on top of the underlying seller's price. The full total — including the fee — is shown to you before you're asked to pay. There are no additional charges added after that point.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details — that information goes directly to Lemon Squeezy's payment page, not ours.

5. Order delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

6. Events change — that's not on us

Event dates, venues, and lineups are set by the event organizer, not by us. If an event is postponed, relocated, or has a lineup change, your tickets are typically still valid for the rescheduled event; if it's cancelled outright, see our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

We aren't liable for losses arising from an event being changed, postponed, or cancelled by its organizer, or for issues outside our reasonable control. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
